Individual applications need individual solutions. We find the best configurations for your specific requirements. Application examples are:

Laboratory:

Until now industrial robots didn't find their way into applications in the laboratory environment. This is due to the fact that they do not meet the specific requirements. The environmet can change very quick and robots have to be kept away from sensitive and expensive laboratory instruments.

The BioRob arm is applicable either as a stand-alone solution or as part of a bigger automation solution, for example for pick and place tasks.

Test systems:

With its extremely low deadweight and a quick and intuitive programming the BioRob arm is designed for a permanently changing environment as it is often the case in testing and inspection applications. Its bionic inspired, human like architecture can simulate human behavior very realistically. Without the need of additional security systems the robot can be mounted in different positions and carry out different tests right next to the human worker.

Very low temperature applications:

All drives are placed in the base of the BioRob arm and the different joints are cable driven. Therefore the robot arm is resistant against temperatures as low as -160°C. A typical application is for example the cryobanking.
